Tough heavy-duty corrugated packaging

Once we have agreed the precise box size, style and colour, we manufacture in board weights from 150-300gsm, with single or double walls - this kind of heavy duty corrugated packaging is made up of an outer and inner lining (walls), and flutes (the corrugated material between the walls.

You can choose kraft or test lining – kraft takes weight more effectively, is the best choice for the exterior and gives a better finish for printing on, while test is a more economical alternative better suited to the inner lining. Our standard flutes are in B or C layers, with BC (double-layer) and other structures available.
