Versatile foam-lining

Foam in Place

Offering one of the highest levesl of cushioning and protection, foam-in-place is available.

Foam-in-Place Process
A simple cushioning or blocking and bracing process for a variety of items in varying shapes and sizes.

1.Foam is dispensed into a carton lined with high-strength film.	2. The film is folded over and the product is placed on the rising foam.	3. A second sheet of  film is placed over the product and more foam is dispensed.	4. Our customer receives your product undamaged.

Foam-in-Place Molding
A process that produces specifically designed cushions for ultimate protection and efficiency.

1. A simple wood mold is used to produce the desired cushion shape.	2. Film is placed in the mold and foam is dispensed.	3. Your product is packaged safely in custom-shaped, engineered cushions.

Antistatic packaging, specialised materials and monitoring

If you’re packing electronics, we have a wide range of specialised solutions. Antistatic packaging, plus corrosion and moisture resistant liners and bags protect your shipments – and we also stock desiccant sachets and 100% waterproof case lining.

Our range is completed by humidity detectors, tilt watch indicators and shock watch indicators to further protect delicate and high-value equipment.
