Every bespoke wooden box is built to your precise specifications by Alban Cases' in-house craftsmen. Fabricated using high quality 4mm to 18mm plywood, they’re highly effective protection against rough handling and many accidents.

Yet quality design and construction are just part of the story. We aim for maximum protection for all kinds of goods, For example, a case can be built with a 100% waterproof lining to protect the contents from a damp environment or for sensitive goods. Alternatively, we can specify bags, humidity detectors and other options. Wooden packing cases can be supplied to your specifications and will be expertly designed to suit your needs.

High quality plywood cases

We select the most appropriate materials for our bespoke wooden cases. That includes ensuring we specify the right thickness of plywood, sourced from sustainable forests and treated to international standards.

We ensure every plywood and timber-planked case we manufacture is marked clearly as being built using wood from sustainable forests that has been heat treated and fumigated to ISPM15 standards. Of course, we're registered with the Forestry Commission as suppliers who comply to ISPM15.
